The Microsoft Configuring Windows Devices lab is a premium Cybrary lab intended for students at the intermediate level. This lab teaches students to configure Windows devices. This is important to the work roles of Cyber Defense Forensics Analyst, Network Operations Specialist, and System Administrator. Upon completion of this lab, the student will be able to configure Windows devices, including setting up a Homegroup, managing user data and file system security, setting up BitLocker and VPN connections, and a variety of other tasks important to managing Windows devices.
The Microsoft Configuring Windows Devices lab requires students to manage a Homegroup, manage remote access connections, and configure data storage. This develops the skill of managing Windows devices system components. This skill is important for the Cyber Defense Forensics Analyst work role.
