Does anyone have any pen-testing techniques they follow, or certain habits that have developed with practice?
How about some places you can use to ethically practice on? Have you set up your own penetration lab environment? (https://community.rapid7.com/docs/DOC-2196)

Please share! We want to know 🙂

Places to ethically hack are hackthissite.org and check out vulnhub for CTF like VM’s and other vulnerable VM’s

Check out ctf365.com, a cyber range where you can practice your skills.

Thanks Johan hadn’t seen that site yet. If you find anymore let me know.

Also hackinglabs.com is great. They post challenges and in my opinion is more wargames than CTF
